REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

All sales are final.

All of our products are handmade in Brisbane, Australia utilising a range of different processes and materials sourced from designer end of roll and off cuts. Due to the limited amount of material on hand only a few garments in each material will exist and as such are made on a per order basis. to the size you request. Unfortunately as such we cannot accept any returns unless there is a major problem as required by law.

NOŸS carefully inspects and photographically records each item before they are sent to ensure high standards are maintained. Returned garments must be in same original condition with packaging and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Please contact noys@noys.tv to organise your return prior to shipping.

In the event that there is a major defect or damage, return authorisation must be requested prior to return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorisation. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

It is recommended that all returns be sent via registered post and retain proof of postage. NOŸS will not be held liable for returned goods lost in transit.

Refunds and exchanges are made approximately 2 weeks after goods are recieved to allow for inspection. NOŸS reserve the right to offer free repair if the garment is faulty. Please note that as fabrics items are extremely limited a replacement piece may not be possible, in which case a refund will be offered. 

 

NOŸS reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. 

Customers who have paid by credit card or PayPal will have their accounts credited, Customers will however bear any fees associated with original transaction (bank/paypal/conversion fees).

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at noys@noys.tv to ensure adjustments can be applied.

If your order has already been processed, NOŸS accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. 

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

 

NOŸS reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
